Financing for the purchase of property Our company has come to an agreement with a Greek Bank, financing up to 80% of the purchase price of the properties our non-Greek customers wish to buy. Greeks and Greek-Cypriots may be financed up to 100% of the purchase price of the properties. For further information, please contact us. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR A SUCCESSFUL APPLICATION: -Purpose of Loan: The purchase of a home -Loan to Value: LTV not greater than 80% and in line with the debt to Income (DSR). -Maximum Loan Tenor: Not greater than 25 years. Loan tenor plus age of applicant cannot exceed 75 years. -Maximum Loan Amount: Cannot exceed € 300,000.00. -Interest rate: Floating interest rate based on the European Central Bank interest rate plus spread 1.25% for LTV (Loan to Value) up to 80%. -Pre-notice: Only 1st Class Pre-notice can be accepted as collateral. -Pre-approval expenses: € 0,00. -Bank expenses: € 600,00. -For non-Greek residents: An authorised contact person must be available to accept any legal or official documents sent out by the Bank if the applicant cannot be reached (preferably the attorney representing the applicant). This contact person must be a permanent resident of Greece and authorized by the client through a Power of Attorney. THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR THE EVALUATION OF AN APPLICATION ARE: A valid passport. For employed applicants: -A copy of the most recent tax return slip issued by the authorities of the applicants’ country of residence. -A copy of the most recent salary slip. For self-employed applicants: -A copy of the two (2) most recent tax return slips issued by the authorities of the applicants’ country of residence.
