The cooperation with Cybarco PLC begins with signing our Agency Agreement, which contains all the details of the cooperation. We recommend to our Agents / Partners to visit Cyprus and/or Greece, so that they can see our projects, in order for them to have a personal appreciation of the quality and exclusivity of our developments.

We supply our Agents with all the promotional material they require in order to help them promote our properties. For that reason, we have created in our website, a password protected area, where our official Agents, have their own password and by logging in, they have access to Marketing Information, Photos, Price Lists, Electronic Brochures, etc for all our properties.

When you succeed and close a sale, payment of the commission takes place as soon as we have the Contract signed and receive a full down payment, as per the projects payment terms. Commission Rates vary, depending on the Agent's total contribution and efforts.
