    Job Summary: 

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager with a background in Civil Engineering to join our team. Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will be responsible for planning and managing real estate projects from inception to completion. You will monitor progress and technical performance, and oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties. This role involves supporting the project team, creating budgets and timelines, and ensuring projects progress according to plan.

    Key Responsibilities:

    ·       Responsible for developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets.

    ·       Coordinate project activities and support project teams, including contractors and vendors.

    ·       Manage project documentation, including contracts and change orders.

    ·       Monitor project progress and performance, and help address issues as they arise, both during construction and after project delivery.

    ·       Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress and address concerns.

    ·       Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety.

    ·       Assist in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring projects stay within budget.

    ·       Help develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

    ·       Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    ·       Collaborate with Technical Manager to ensure technical requirements are met.

    Qualifications:

    ·       Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

    ·       5 years of experience in project management or a related role.

    ·       Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

    ·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    ·       Proficiency in project management software.

    ·       Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

    ·       Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    ·       Understanding of regulations and building codes related to construction projects.

    ·       Ability to travel to project sites as needed.

    ·       Experience with budgeting and financial management.

    ·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

    ·       Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

  • Sales Consultant Cyprus

    Cybarco Development, the leading luxury property developer in Cyprus and a member of the reputable Lanitis Group, is currently launching new projects and seeking a highly motivated individual to join the team as a Sales Consultant  in Limassol.

    ROLE SUMMARY:

    Drive property sales end-to-end: handle enquiries, conduct viewings, manage CRM and close deals, delivering an excellent client experience.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO

    • Handle client and prospective client enquiries promptly via email and telephone, providing accurate information on availability, pricing, specifications, and supporting materials (presentations, photos, brochures).
    • Conduct property viewings and manage the full sales process through to closing, independently where required, including negotiating terms and supporting contract progression.
    • Arrange and confirm viewing appointments in coordination with other offices (domestic and abroad), ensuring timely follow-up and clear communication.
    • Maintain a professional sales office environment; ensure brochures and marketing materials are available; and keep price lists and project information up to date.
    • Administer the CRM system by accurately recording and updating enquiries, appointments, and client interactions to maintain complete and current records.
    • Prepare sales reports on demand, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
    • Coordinate with the project manager and relevant departments to ensure consistent, timely client communication before and after the sale.
    • Support clients after the sale by addressing enquiries and coordinating with internal teams to deliver timely solutions and a consistently high level of satisfaction.
    • Participate in sales exhibitions and other events when requested, supporting lead generation and brand presence.
    • Build and maintain relationships with agents and partners, coordinate agent visits/tours, and support promotions across appropriate channels.
    • Provide market feedback and recommendations to support new product development and pricing decisions, including competitor insights and client feedback.

     WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
    • Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken); Russian language skills (written and spoken) will be considered an advantage.
    • Strong computer literacy with excellent MS Office skills and the ability to learn new software/CRM systems quickly
    • Minimum five (5) years of prior experience in a similar role, with proven success as a Sales Consultant; experience in Real Estate will be considered an advantages
    • Strong sales and customer-service mindset, with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently to meet targets and deadlines.
